Day 1 BOARD YOUR OVERNIGHT
TRANSATLANTIC FLIGHT.
Day 2 ARRIVAL IN LONDON,
ENGLAND.Check into your hotel. Uniformed hosts are
available to help you make the most of your stay.
Day 3 LONDON.
A full day to savor our rich program of optional activities: take a panoramic
tour of London’s landmarks; visit the Tower or choose an excursion to Windsor
Castle; tonight maybe a leisurely cruise on the River Thames? (B)
Day 4 LONDON-AMSTERDAM AREA,
HOLLAND. Leave London in the early morning and head
through the lush English countryside to the Channel port, where you board your
ferry for the Continent. Here you meet your tour director and join your luxury
coach for the drive to the Amsterdam area. (B)
Day 5 AMSTERDAM AREA-THE
RHINELAND, GERMANY. A morning to enjoy Holland’s busy
metropolis. After your included visit to a famous diamond center it’s time for
optional morning sightseeing: visit the Van Gogh museum with the world’s finest
collection of his paintings, then a drive with a local guide pointing out the
city highlights; finally a canal cruise to see Amsterdam at water level. In the
afternoon travel southwards to reach the Rhineland for overnight. (B,D)
Day 6 RHINELAND-ROMANTIC
ROAD-MUNICH. Start the day with a scenic drive along
the shores of the Rhine or opt for a Rhine cruise. Admire the pretty villages,
the castles perched high above the river, and the numerous terraced vineyards.
Next a drive along the Romantic Road, through towns and villages protected by
medieval towergates and battlements, with squares of half-timbered houses and
richly decorated fountains. Stop awhile in Rothenburg. Overnight in Munich. (B)
Day 7 MUNICH-INNSBRUCK,
AUSTRIA-VENICE AREA, ITALY. A fast drive from Munich to
Austria for a stop in the capital of the Tyrol, Innsbruck. In the afternoon
drive over the Brenner Pass, into the Dolomites for a stop in the world famous
resort of Cortina before the descent into the Piave Valley to the Venice area.

Day 8 MORNING IN
VENICE-FLORENCE AREA. The included tour starts with a
boat ride and is followed by highlights such as a visit to St. Mark’s Basilica
and a chance to watch Venetian glass blowers fashion their delicate objects as
they did centuries ago. Southwards into the hilly Tuscan countryside to reach
the Florence Area for overnight. End the day by joining the optional Tuscan
dinner in a typical restaurant. (B)
Day 9 FLORENCE.
This Renaissance gem and city of the Medicis will keep you enthralled for a
whole day. Traffic is banned in part of the historic center so visitors can
wander at leisure and admire the city’s timeless beauty in relative peace and
quiet. Don’t miss out on the included walking tour with a local guide which
features most of the city highlights. You will see the Piazza Santa Croce; the
beautiful Piazza Signoria; the Palazzo Vecchio and its courtyard; the Loggia
dei Lanzi; and, to top it all, the Piazza del Duomo and its cathedral with the
Giotto Campanile, and the magnificent East Door of the Baptistry known as the
"Gate to Paradise." (B,D)
Day 10 FLORENCE AREA-LAKE
LUCERNE, SWITZERLAND. Across the Lombardy Plain this
morning to Italian Switzerland’s subtropical resort of Lugano. Here you take a
break to stroll along the lakeside promenade, before climbing towards the St.
Gotthard tunnel. Emerge on the German-speaking side of Switzerland and then
descend into the gentle landscape around Lake Lucerne. (B,D)
Day 11 LAKE LUCERNE-PARIS,
FRANCE. Vistas of green pastures and attractive chalets
with rustic timbering and luxuriant flowers. Then into France and on the fast
and comfortable highway, past some of its most famous vineyards, to Paris.
Arrive in time to enjoy an optional cabaret show. (B)
Day 12 PARIS.
Included sightseeing with a local expert starts with an inside visit to Notre
Dame Cathedral. Then many of the best-known Parisian sights: La Sorbonne, Arc
de Triomphe, Opéra, Madeleine, the Eiffel Tower, the Pyramid near the Louvre,
the Invalides, and Champs Elysées... Optional excursions are also available to
the Palace and Gardens of Versailles, and to celebrate the success of your
tour, a French farewell dinner might be just the ticket. (B)

This is an overview of our Terms & Conditions, please ask your travel
consultant for information regarding specific vacations.
How to make your reservation
Send an E-Mail to membersmail@youloveme.com to handle your reservation and help
you make your other travel arrangements.
Deposit and final payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express. Your payment
is not deemed made until it is received by YouLoveMe.com.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 per tour and person is required for us to
reserve space for you. Certain tours may have a higher deposit; ask your tour
consultant. For group reservations, travel agents should refer to the Group
Policy Booklet, which may be requested by email. Final payment is due 45
days prior to commencement of services (or 65 days on certain tours). If we do
not receive final payment by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the
reservation. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to reinvoice
with correct pricing
Acceptance on the tour is subject to presentation at departure of the Tour
Member Certificate.
Cancellations and cancellation fees
If cancellation is received by YouLoveMe.com more than 45 days prior to
commencement of services (or 65 days for certain tours), your deposit will
be retained. For individual reservations, the following person cancellation
fees apply. (For group reservations, refer to the Group Policy Booklet.)
45-22 days prior to commencement of services:
20% of total price
21-8 days prior to commencement of services:
30% of total price
7-1 days prior to commencement of services:
50% of total price
On departure day or later:
100% of total price
Higher cancellation fees apply for certain tours. Ask your tour consultant.
Cancellation charges also apply to additional services, including accommodations
and optional excursions, reserved prior to and after the tour.
If flight changes, including flight cancellations, are requested, revision fees
or airline cancellation charges will apply. If an air-inclusive tour is
canceled after air tickets have been issued, refund will be processed, the air
tickets are returned to Cosmos.
YouLoveMe.com and Cosmos reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour
departure. If cancellation is made prior to departure of the our, the only
responsibily of YouLoveMe.com and Cosmos will be to refund to the passenger the
amount we have received for the tour reservation. We will try to re-book the
same tour with a different departure date, or a similar tour. Where Cosmos has
confirmed flights, we will try to confirm air seats for the selected new dates,
subject to availability. YouLoveMe.com or Cosmos cannot assume responsibility
for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or
cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through
Cosmos.
Revision fees
A fee of $30 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made
to a reservation. Air penalties may also apply. A change of traveler
name, tour date or tour itinerary within 45 days of commencement of services
(65 days for certain tours) will be treated as a cancellation and new
reservation; standard cancellation fees apply.
Participation
For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, Cosmos the right to accept or
reject any person as a tour participant and to remove from the tour any
participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the
other participants.
Travelers who need special assistance
You must report any disability requiring special attention to Cosmos at the time
the reservation is made. Cosmos will make reasonable attempts to accommodate
the special needs of disabled travelers, but it is not responsible in the event
it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by
carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Most
transportation services are not are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We
regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for
walking, dining, getting on and off motorcoaches and other transportation
vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified companion must be accompany
travelers who need such assistance.
Young travelers
Travelers who are less than 18 years old are not allowed on this Singles Tour.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on transportation that is exclusively provided by Cosmos.
Price Guarantee
All tour prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known at
the time of printing of brochures and expected to be in effect at the time of
departure. Prices are subject to increase without notice if such rates change
prior to departure. The current price will be confirmed at the time of
reservation. However, once YouLoveMe.com or Cosmos has received you deposit for
any tour departing in 2003, that land price is guaranteed, and any subsequent
land cost increases are at our expense, not including surcharges and any
government tax increases. Airfares included as part of air-inclusive tour
prices are guaranteed when we receive full payment. Tour prices are person,
based on double occupancy. Single room supplements and triple room reductions
are listed where applicable.
Visas & Passports
For tours requiring visas for U.S. citizens, detailed visa information will be
mailed or faxed. You are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry
documents, and for meeting all health and other requirements and any
documents required by laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of
countries visited. Multiple-entry visas are required for some tours. Non-U.S.
citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas
are needed. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a
passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six
(6) moths beyond the conclusion of your trip.
Accommodations
The accommodations listed will be used on most departures; however, if a change
becomes necessary for any reason, the accommodations substituted will be
equivalent in standard to those shown. Every effort is made to reserve only
twin-bedded rooms. It may occasionally happen that an accommodation provides
some double-bedded rooms instead. These rooms will be allocated to couples.
Please note that accommodation check-in times vary worldwide.
Private bath and single rooms
In exceptional cases where private bath or single rooms as reserved by us are
not be available, refunds will be made by the tour director or local host.
Claims made in this respect cannot be accepted after your tour.
Baggage allowance
Porterage for one suitcase on tour is included in the tour price. Due to limited
coach capacity, this single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30"x18"x10"
and weight not exceeding 60 lbs (27 kg). A charge of US$3 per traveling
day will be collected by the tour director if a second piece of baggage is
carried, or if the suitcase exceeds the established weight and/or dimensions.
Air carriers may also impose fees if weight or size limits on checked or
carry-on luggage are exceeded.
Wheeled carry-on cases are not suitable as hand luggage on motorcoaches.
No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the
tour participant's belongings. Baggage Insurance is recommended.
Travel documents
Travel documents, including any air tickets, are sent regular ground delivery
four weeks prior to tour departure, providing full payment has been received. A
$15 charge per reservation is added for documents requested in advance or for
two-day delivery in the continental USA. Please indicate at the time of
reservation whether you prefer regular ground delivery or two-day delivery.
(Two-day delivery is required for reservations made within 45 days of
departure.)
Not included in the tour price
Federal Inspection Fees for U.S. Customs and Immigration; International Air
Transportation Tax; agricultural tax; any other taxes; security fee; airport
taxes and fees; passports; visas and vaccinations; tips to your tour director,
drivers, and in some cases, local city guides; gratuities on ferries and cruise
ships; laundry; telephone; mini bar; alcohol, beverages and food not on the
regular table d'hote menu (these extra items will be billed to you before
leaving the hotel or restaurant); optional excursions; porterage at airports;
travel protection; excess baggage fees; all other items of a personal nature.
Refunds
Please note that any request for refunds is subject to the terms and conditions
of the brochure; no refunds can be made for used services of less than 48
consecutive hours, for unused transportation where group activity tickets are
involoved, or for voluntary modifications by the tour participant.
Service inquiries after your tour
If after returning from the tour, you wish to inquire about any tour services
provided, please ensure that all correspondence relating to those services is
received by Cosmos within 60 days after the tour completion date. This will
enable \ Cosmos to make a timely investigation.
Holidays
During local of national holidays, certain facilities such as museums and
restuarants, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited or not available.
Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
Safety
Please be aware that during your participation in tours operated by
YouLoveMe.com, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control
including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas;
travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means of transportation;
the forces of nature, political unrest and accident or illness in remote
regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. YouLoveMe.com
or Cosmos will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the
adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Cosmos will
use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.
Responsibility
Group Voyagers Inc. d/b/a Cosmos, 5301 South Federal Circle, Littleton, CO
80123-8934 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is responsible to you in
making arrangements for the tour services offered its brochures, including
transportation, sightseeing, and accommodations.
The carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers providing tour services are
independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or joint
venturers with the Company or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel
documents for tour services issued by the Company are subject to the terms and
conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which
the services are supplied.
If, after tour departure, the services included in the tour cannot be supplied,
or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the
Company, the Company will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any
resulting additional expense will be payable by travelers and any resulting
saving will be refunded by the Company to tour participants.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour
participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in
the itinerary whenever the Company deems it necessary for the comfort,
convenience, or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any
time.
The tour participant agrees that neither the Company nor its affiliates shall be
liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property
loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing
tour services, or any insurer or insurance administrator of the Travel
Protection Plan, or of any other person.
Legal proceedings against the Company may be instituted only in a state or
federal court within the State of Colorado, and any claim involved in such
proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws of the State of
Colorado. Any legal proceedings against the Company must be commenced within
one year following the date of tour completion. Neither the Company nor any
affiliate shall in any case be liable for other than compensatory damages, and
you hereby waive any right to punitive damages.
No person, other than an authorized representative of the Company by a document
in writing, is authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this
brochure, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding
provisions.
